Straindex, operated by RaizHost LLC, is committed to making this directory usable by everyone, including people who rely on assistive technology such as screen readers, keyboard navigation, and zoom.

Standard we target

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA. We test with keyboard-only navigation and screen readers and treat accessibility defects as bugs to be fixed, not optional enhancements.

Ongoing work

Accessibility is continuous, and some areas are still improving. The interactive map in particular is best used through its equivalent results list, which is fully keyboard-navigable and exposes the same shops; a “skip to results list” link is provided within the map. If anything does not work for you, we want to hear about it.

Reporting a barrier

If you encounter an accessibility barrier, email contact@straindex.raizhost.com with the page address and a short description of what went wrong. We will respond and work to resolve it.
